2023 Finix Recap: A Year of Growth and Payments Innovation
2023 was a year full of milestones at Finix! We created new offerings that support more industries and use cases and refined our existing products to better enable our current customers. While our team accomplished a lot last year, our biggest achievements were becoming a payment processor and launching our new Payouts product. We also landed several awards and we're proud to share it all with you!

Growth and business expansion
Through our expansion efforts in 2023, we're now able to support customers in new markets and industries and enhance operational efficiencies for all businesses.
Finix becomes a payment processor
We became a processor to provide faster, more cost-efficient, and reliable payment processing by cutting out multiple intermediaries in the payment stack.
Supporting more businesses
We branched out to serve marketplaces and individual businesses. This milestone supports our mission to make financial services accessible to all businesses.
New product releases
At Finix, we're all about innovation. In 2023, we released several new features and products and overhauled existing ones for an even more powerful all-in-one payment suite.
Insights and analytics
Our new analytics feature displays multiple charts summarizing a business's payment trends. These insights provide information that helps customers better optimize their payment strategy with up-to-the-minute data right in their dashboards.
Dispute management enhancements
We overhauled our dispute management system for maximum efficiency. Now, not only can customers access and manage disputes from their dashboards, merchants working with Finix’s platform can too.
New no- and low-code payment tools
We introduced several new payment tools specially designed to help your business capture more sales and streamline payment operations with little to no development work involved:

We ended the year with a bang by launching our new Payouts product. Our focus was on developing a fast, secure, and reliable solution at a competitive price. Businesses can now send money with Finix Payouts to any recipient at scale in real time, 24/7, 365 days a year.

Our co-founder and CEO, Richie Serna, was recognized as one of the Top 40 Trailblazers of Payments by ETA and Discover Global Network. Finix was also named one of GGV Capital's Embedded Fintech 50! We also made some media waves after becoming a processor with coverage in Tech Crunch, Payments Dive, Business Insider, and more. We love bringing customers innovative solutions and we're thankful to the press for spreading the word. This helps us provide payment accessibility to even more companies, like we've done through our partnership with Lunchbox
