What days and hours is support available?

Monday - Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm PT. We also have emergency and escalation channels available. For more information, reach out to your Account Executive or Customer Delivery Manager.

Does Finix have a knowledge base available for the Flex Client's support team to reference common FAQ, tutorials, etc.?

What avenues are available to the Flex Client's team to obtain help from Finix's support team regarding merchant questions, account issues, etc.?
